PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First, you must email us within 15 days of any issues. We want you to be satisfied.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns and exchanges.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
  • If you are unsatisfied with your tea or tisane that you ordered, please contact us immediatly for return or exchange information!                    
  • If it is an unused accessory, a refund or exchange is possible within in 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion
            after 7 business days, we will offer an exchange or refund. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".



Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  •      1) Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  •      2) Within 15 calendar days of the delivery date
  •      3) Must not be a special order or a custom order
  •      4) Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 15 days noted in that item's
           particular item description.



What if it an item is received damaged on delivery (DOA)?

  • If an item is received damaged please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you
        did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.

  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

  • Again you MUST contact us immediatly if you intend to return ANY item back to us.

  • Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
