What are your accepted payment methods?
- We offer safe, secure and easy payment through PayPal.com. Here you may pay by electronic check (preferred and acts like cash) or with accepted credit cards. We are verified by PayPal.
- Personal handwritten checks and cash may be used at Tea Tasting events only.
- Just add items to your PayPal shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete checkout.
You will be charged immediately.
What company name will appear on my invoice or PayPal payment processing?
It may say White Glove Art Group, Inc., the parent company. Otherwise it will say Twisted Leaf.
Is PayPal safe to use?
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with Twisted Leaf.

What if I don't want to pay online? Can I still place an order? Yes! See the link on the left in the tea shop or see below intsructions.
- Just add items to your PayPal shopping cart, proceed to checkout and complete checkout up to the point where we ask for credit card information. DO NOT put your payment information in.
- INSTEAD, PRINT OUT THE ORDER SUMMARY on that page and email the information to us.
Please note that orders emailed to us take longer to process than those placed completely on our website.
- After receiving and confirming your order with us via email or phone, we will email you an invoice of your order.
- Please be ready to pay by mailing a money order or check.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sorry, no. Our orders are final at time of purchase online via PayPal. However, you may email us with any concerns or questions. NOTE: If your item/s become backordered, you may cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
- Satisfaction guaranteed on our teas
- We will gladly assist you in an exchange or refund with receipt for unused accessories or tea ware.
- If it is used or broken on delivery, please contact us immediately.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process in-stock orders and then ship. You will receive an email when your order ships. In general, once shipped, it may take up to 10 business days depending on where you are. We ship out of south Florida.
How will my order ship?
We use the U.S. Postal Service for small orders. It is not expedited.
For larger, heavier or delicate items, such as tea sets, we ship UPS ground.
Can my order ship through UPS or be expedited?
Yes. However, before placing your order, please email us to confirm options and rates.
We do not ship until payment is received.
What are the shipping and handling cost?
We ship tea and small items USPS to keep costs low, usually around $4.50.
It may change at any time but not during your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time.
