How do we shop for tea items on this website?
Click on the top navigation "Tea Shop" link. Scroll through the items or you may select a category from the drop down menu.              If you know the item code, simple type it into the search box on the right.

If your order or part of your order is backordered, we will notify you by email immediately. You may cancel your item/s if you choose not to wait until it is back in stock shortly.

How and when are your teas packaged and shipped?
They are packed in a 3-ply foil food safe bag with detailed label. All teas and herbals are packed at time of order for freshest quality. We also sell "Tea Filled Tins".
